Volunteer meeting call at ARC building; 

• kelly banks picked me up at 8:15-8:30am 
• we started to go to a dat call that was cancelled while on the way
• she drove me to the American Red Cross building for the volunteer meeting at 9:00am;
• Kelly banks and I met edwin at the american red cross volunteer meeting ; 
• I set up plans with Edwin to attend the escambia county national night out touch a truck event on August 5th;
•  Edwin was going to pick me up for the escambia county national county touch a truck event on the 5th;
•  was contacted by kelly banks before the 5th that Edwin was no longer attending the event; edwin contacted me about the event monday and I referred him to cliff and kelly for information on the Escambia county event as i was assigned to work with norman at the ft. Walton national night out event.
• American red cross blood drive; 
• helped set up beds & tables;
• helped set up chairs; 
• vacuumed training room; 
• moved chairs from the outdoor storage closet to the loading dock; 
• worked as volunteer blood ambassador; 
• checked clients into the computer and gave them their name tags; 
• met joyce and learned about sickle cell disease; 
• One client/ patient feinted needed to be put in a bed to rest after giving blood
• the American Red Cross phlebotomy staff immediately assisted the client.
• The clients care taker got her mcdonalds.
• she ate mcdonalds and seemed ok after that.
• helped pack up blood donation equipment 
• put the blood donation signs in the blood donation teams MRV;
• loaded the chairs from the loading dock into the American Red Cross f-150 for liz to take to recycling/ salvage.
• Got a ride home from dad
